Teya Childs

We are so happy to welcome Teya Childs back home as a Registered Hygienist. Teya is a Carbon County native and found her love for dentistry when she started as an a dental assistant in Price. She decided dentistry was the right fit for a career and received her Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene from The Utah College of Dental Hygiene. Teya is very passionate about helping others with their dental needs.

Teya loves the Price community and all the outdoor amenities that it has to offer. When she is not at the office she enjoys camping and hiking with her husband and family. She is looking forward to meeting our patients and giving life long care to all she meets.

"I took my 3 year old daughter here today for cleaning and pictures. She's super anxious when it comes to the dentist, I think I was just as nervous for it myself. When we went back the woman hygienist was super nice and made my baby feel safe and brave:) she did so so good. Upon examination they did find a few cavities but I was put at ease when they said that they offer 100% sedation, 1. So we will not have to hold her down ect. 2. So they can fix all her cavities in 1 visit 3. So she will not have a bad experience this time that will carry on into her future. I also go here for my dental work and have never had any complaints."Cody
